Our First Few Months at Koncept Coffee
The past few months have been everything we hoped for and more. The biggest highlight hasn't just been the coffee or the space, it's been the people.
From day one, we've been welcomed by an incredible local community. Seeing new faces become regulars, conversations spark over coffee, and customers choosing Koncept Coffee as part of their daily routine has been the most rewarding part of the journey.
To everyone who has visited, supported us, shared kind words or recommended us to friends and family, thank you. You're helping shape what Koncept Coffee is becoming, and we're only just getting started.
STANDARD DELIVERY Weekday UK delivery costs £5.99 ( FREE on orders over £60), excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland. Saturday UK delivery costs £7.99.Orders place before 11:00 am are eligible for next working day delivery (Tuesday to Saturday)Please note that deliveries are not available on Sunday or Mondays for most of the year, except during peak trading periods in December. Orders placed after 11:00 am Fridays will be despatched after the weekend for delivery from Tuesday onwards. Faulty ProductsFor faulty products please contact us immediately and if possible send images of the damage and proof of purchase. Returns for fault or damage are only accepted within the first 14 days of purchase.If you believe the wine is faulty or corked, we will replace the faulty bottle(s) or refund with the cost of shipping, once the wine is assessed as faulty.
RETURN POLICY If you are unhappy with your order, you may cancel your order up to and including 14 calendar days of purchase.
Return to the store are free of charge, all products must be unopened, intact and resalable condition.If you wish to post your parcel back to us you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
